Katoomba is the main mountain village where you will find a new Coles Supermarket opened in October 2012 in the Cultural Centre complex.
Aldi store - on the corner of Waratah and Katoomba Streets.
Leura Village - Woolworths located behind the Mall, eastern side.
All the villages have local supermarkets and/or convenience stores.

Lookouts - Accessible
Most main lookouts can be accessed by car and provide disabled parking spaces.
Easy access at Govetts Leap,Blackheath, Wentworth Lookout and Jamison Lookout, Wentworth Falls and the Three Sisters Lookout at Echo Point, Katoomba ensures that all visitors can access and enjoy our wonderful attractions.
Walks - access friendly
The Blue Mountains is unique in offering an access friendly walking track, the Fairfax Heritage Track at Govetts Leap, Blackheath. The circuit is designed for wheelchairs and prams, a paved surface through the bush with spectacular views of the Grose Valley and provides bench seats along the way. National Parks & Wildlife have information on access friendly tracks and camping in the Blue Mountains.
